What Invoice2go is
Invoice2go, now part of BILL, is an invoicing app for small businesses. Starter costs $7.99 a month and allows 30 invoices a year, Professional $11.99 for 100 invoices, and Premium $44.99 for unlimited invoices, with yearly prices of $79.99, $119.99 and $449.99. Every plan has unlimited clients, estimates and team members, reminders, and sending by email, SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp or Messenger. Invoice2go also makes purchase orders, credit memos, receipts and statements. Card payments cost 3.5%, 3% or 2.9% depending on the plan, ACH transfers are free, and a business account with a debit card is included for US businesses. Recurring invoices are on Premium only. The free trial lasts 30 days and needs a credit card.
What Invoxa is
Invoxa is invoicing software with one plan. Invoxa Pro costs $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year ($4.99 a month) and includes unlimited invoices, estimates, purchase orders, clients and emails. New accounts get a 3-day free trial without a credit card. Documents carry your logo and brand color on one of 8 templates, and nothing from Invoxa. Clients open documents from a link without an account, approve estimates online, and pay through your own Stripe account, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the other methods you turn on there. Invoxa runs in the browser and in an iPhone app, in English; an Android app is in development. There is no bookkeeping, no automatic payment reminders and one user per account. See all features.
Pricing in detail
Invoice2go prices by volume. If you send up to 30 invoices a year, Starter at $79.99 a year is close to Invoxa's $59.99. At 31 to 100 invoices you need Professional ($119.99 a year), and beyond 100, or for recurring invoices, Premium at $449.99 a year. Invoxa has one price with no invoice count. Card fees differ too: Invoice2go charges a percentage with no fixed fee (3.5% on Starter), Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ in the US, so Invoice2go Starter is cheaper per payment on invoices under about $50 and Stripe on larger ones. ACH through Invoice2go is free.
