Is the Invoxa invoice generator free?
You can fill in and preview an invoice for free, without an account. To save, download, print or send it, you create a free account, which starts a 3-day trial of Invoxa Pro with no credit card. After the trial, Invoxa Pro costs $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year.
Do I need an account to create an invoice?
Not to start. Open the generator and fill in your details, your client and the items. The generator asks you to sign up or log in when you save, download, print or send the invoice, because it has to store it first.
Can I download my invoice as a PDF?
Yes. After you sign up, you can download the invoice as a PDF, print it, or send it to your client by email as a link.
Can my clients pay the invoice online?
Yes, by card, if you connect your Stripe account. Clients open the invoice from the link and pay with Stripe Checkout; the payment goes to your Stripe account.
Can I create estimates and purchase orders too?
Yes. The same generator makes invoices, estimates and purchase orders. An estimate can later be turned into an invoice.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The generator has a layout for phones and works in mobile browsers. There is also an Invoxa app for iPhone.
