What Invoice Fly is
Invoice Fly is a phone-first invoicing app from Labhouse Mobile, one of the most rated invoice apps on the App Store and Google Play. Its website lists two plans: $8.99 a week or $98.99 a year; the App Store also sells a monthly plan at $17.99. Every plan has unlimited invoices and estimates, estimates that convert to invoices with a deposit, client statements, expenses with a receipt scanner, reports, time tracking and user roles. Clients pay through your own Stripe or PayPal account, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, ACH or SEPA. The app runs on iOS, Android and the web, in six languages. The help center describes a 3-day trial that needs a card, and says recurring billing automation is not supported.
What Invoxa is
Invoxa is invoicing software with one plan. Invoxa Pro costs $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year ($4.99 a month) and includes unlimited invoices, estimates, purchase orders, clients and emails. New accounts get a 3-day free trial without a credit card. Documents carry your logo and brand color on one of 8 templates, and nothing from Invoxa. Clients open documents from a link without an account, approve estimates online, and pay through your own Stripe account, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the other methods you turn on there. Invoxa runs in the browser and in an iPhone app, in English; an Android app is in development. There is no bookkeeping, no automatic payment reminders and one user per account. See all features.

Invoice Fly's yearly plan costs $98.99, against Invoxa's $59.99. If you prefer not to commit for a year, Invoice Fly's website offers a weekly plan at $8.99, about $39 a month, and the App Store a monthly plan at $17.99; Invoxa's monthly plan is $5.99. Payment fees are set by Stripe or PayPal in Invoice Fly and by Stripe in Invoxa; neither app adds its own fee.
