Invoice in any of 119 currencies
Invoxa works for businesses anywhere. Choose your currency from 119, set where the symbol goes and how dates are written, and every invoice, estimate and purchase order uses them, with online payments in the same currency.
Included in Invoxa Pro, on the web and in the iPhone app. 3-day free trial, no credit card needed.

How it works
Choose your currency
In your business settings, pick the currency you invoice in, from 119.
Set the formats
Choose where the symbol or code goes ($120, 120 €, EUR 120) and how dates are written (31.12.2026 or Dec 31, 2026).
Invoice and get paid
Documents, reports and online payments through Stripe all use that currency.
What you can do
119 currencies
From the US dollar and euro to the Colombian peso and Nigerian naira.
Currency formats
Nine ways to place the symbol or currency code, with or without a comma between thousands.
Date formats
Month first, day first, year first, or the month written out (Dec 31, 2026).
Online payments in your currency
Clients pay through Stripe in the invoice currency, including currencies without cents.
Reports by currency
Report exports have one sheet per currency if your documents use more than one.
Labels in any language
Rename every label on the document so invoices read naturally for your clients.
Built for businesses outside the US too
Invoxa is used by freelancers and small businesses in many countries. Your invoices should show the currency your clients pay in, written the way they expect: 120 € or €120, COP 50,000, 31.12.2026 or Dec 31, 2026. Choose your currency and formats once and every document follows.

One currency per account
The currency is a business setting. Every new invoice, estimate and purchase order uses it, and so do online payments and reports. If you sometimes bill in a second currency, change the setting before you create that document; documents you create or save afterwards use the new currency. There is no currency picker on each invoice and no conversion between currencies.
Formats and labels
Nine currency formats decide where the symbol or the three-letter code goes: $120, $ 120, 120 €, EUR 120, 120 EUR and so on. A setting adds or removes the comma between thousands; decimals always use a period. Four date formats cover month-first (12.31.2026), day-first (31.12.2026), year-first (2026.12.31) and written-out (Dec 31, 2026) dates. Combined with renamed labels, an invoice can read in your client’s language, as in the sample above.
Getting paid in your currency
When you connect Stripe, the Pay button on the invoice charges the amount in the invoice currency, so the client sees the same total they were billed. Stripe pays out to your account in your Stripe settlement currency.
Frequently asked questions
Which currencies does Invoxa support?
119 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, MXN, COP, BRL, INR and NGN. Choose yours in the business settings.
Can I bill one client in euros and another in dollars?
Not at the same time. The currency is set for your account and every new document uses it. If you work in two currencies, you can switch the account currency before creating a document, but there is no currency choice on each invoice.
Does Invoxa convert currencies?
No. Amounts are entered and paid in your invoice currency; Invoxa does not apply exchange rates.
Can clients pay online in my currency?
Yes, if Stripe supports the currency for your account. The Pay button charges the invoice amount in the invoice currency.
