Invoices in Spanish, French or any language
Every word printed on an Invoxa invoice can be renamed. Change "Invoice", "Bill to", "Due date" and the rest to your client's language, set the date format, and your invoices, estimates and purchase orders read like they were made locally.
Included in Invoxa Pro, on the web and in the iPhone app. 3-day free trial, no credit card needed.

Why the language of an invoice matters
A client who reads “Factura”, “Vencimiento” and “Total a pagar” understands the invoice at a glance, and in many countries an accounts department expects the local terms. You do not need a different tool for that: Invoxa lets you rename every label it prints.
What you can rename
About fifty labels: the document titles (Invoice, Estimate, Purchase order), the header (Bill to, Date, Due date, Terms, invoice and estimate numbers), the item table (Description, Quantity, Rate, Amount, Tax, Code), the totals (Subtotal, Discount, Shipping, Total, Paid, Balance due, Deposit due), the signature lines and the shipping block. Notes, payment instructions and terms and conditions are your own text anyway.
Example: an invoice in Spanish
| Label | Spanish |
|---|---|
| Invoice | Factura |
| Bill to | Facturar a |
| Date | Fecha |
| Due date | Vencimiento |
| Description | Descripción |
| Quantity | Cantidad |
| Rate | Precio |
| Total | Total |
| Balance due | Saldo pendiente |
Set the date format to day first and choose your currency, and the invoice reads naturally for a client in Spain or Latin America.
One language per account
Labels are a setting for your account, so all documents use them. If you bill clients in two languages, change the labels before creating the documents for the second group; documents already sent keep showing the current labels on their page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I create an invoice in Spanish with Invoxa?
Yes. Rename the labels in the document settings: Invoice to Factura, Bill to to Facturar a, Due date to Vencimiento, and so on. Your invoices, estimates and purchase orders then show the Spanish words.
Is the Invoxa app available in other languages?
The web app and the iPhone app are in English. The documents you send can be in any language because every label on them can be renamed.
Can I have English invoices for some clients and Spanish for others?
Not at the same time: labels are set for the whole account. Change them before creating documents for clients in the other language.
Which date formats can I use?
Month first (12.31.2026), day first (31.12.2026), year first (2026.12.31) or written out (Dec 31, 2026).
