  2. Add the client and the address. Fill in your business, the client and the address you clean.
  3. Add one line per visit. Date each visit, describe the service (standard, deep clean, move-out) and add extras such as windows on their own lines.
  4. Set the terms and send. Weekly clients are often billed every week or month; add Net 7 or due on receipt, the next visit dates and how to pay.

Tips
