What is Invoxa, and how does it work?

Invoxa is an online invoice maker for freelancers and small businesses. You create invoices, estimates and purchase orders in the web app at app.invoxa.com or in the iPhone app, add your logo, items and taxes, and send them to clients as a link or PDF. Clients open the document in their browser and, if you connected Stripe, pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the invoice is then marked paid automatically. Payments that arrive another way you record yourself, and reports show what you have billed and collected.

Does Invoxa offer a free trial period?

Yes. A new account gets a 3-day free trial of Invoxa Pro with every feature, and no credit card is needed to start. After the trial, Invoxa Pro costs $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year. Questions during the trial? Write to support@invoxa.com.

Is there a mobile app for Invoxa?

Yes, for iPhone: Invoice Maker Invoxa on the App Store. It creates and sends invoices, estimates and purchase orders and uses the same account as the web app. An Android app is in development; on Android, use the web app at app.invoxa.com in your browser.

What payment methods can I accept through Invoxa?

Online, clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, once you connect your Stripe account; the money goes to your Stripe account. Invoxa does not take PayPal, ACH or cryptocurrency payments. For bank transfers, cash or checks, put your bank details in the invoice's payment instructions and record the payment in Invoxa when it arrives.

Does Invoxa support multiple currencies for international clients?

Yes. You can invoice in any of 119 currencies. Choose the currency in Settings > Company; your invoices, estimates and purchase orders use it and show its symbol. Invoxa does not convert amounts between currencies or apply exchange rates, and a currency cannot be set per client.
